PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The electric hard seal wafer butterfly valve is mainly composed of an electric actuator and a hard seal wafer butterfly valve. The hard seal butterfly valve adopts a three eccentric multi-level metal hard seal structure, which has the performance of wear resistance and erosion resistance. It is widely used as medium in metallurgical, electric power, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and water supply and drainage industrial pipelines. By using (220V, 380V) power supply voltage as the driving power, receiving the (4 ~ 20mA) signal output by the industrial automation instrument control system, the valve stem is driven to drive the butterfly plate (0-90 °) to rotate to complete the switching and adjustment of the butterfly valve.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. The valve adopts three eccentric sealing structure, and the wear of valve seat and butterfly plate is small. It has the dual advantages of metal hard seal and elastic seal. It has the characteristics of good sealing and corrosion resistance under the conditions of low and high temperature.
2. The sealing surface adopts surfacing cobalt based cemented carbide, which has the advantages of wear resistance, high strength, large overflow area and small flow resistance. It has two-way sealing function, which is not limited by the flow direction of medium and affected by the spatial position.
