PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The electric hard sealing flange butterfly valve is mainly composed of electric actuator and hard sealing flange butterfly valve. The butterfly plate adopts three eccentric multi-level metal hard sealing structure to ensure the tightness of the valve. The sealing surface adopts stellite alloy accumulation welding, which has good wear and erosion resistance. It completes the opening and closing of the valve in the active mode of angular stroke. The butterfly valve is driven by (220V, 380V) power supply and receives the industrial signal (4 ~ 20mA) output by the industrial automation instrument control system to push the valve rod to drive the rotation of the butterfly plate (0-90 °) to complete the butterfly valve. It is especially suitable for pipelines in power industry, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry and petroleum industry to be used as medium switch and regulation.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. The valve adopts three eccentric sealing structure, and the wear of valve seat and butterfly plate is small. It has the dual advantages of metal hard seal and elastic seal. It has the characteristics of good sealing and corrosion resistance under the conditions of low and high temperature.
2. The sealing surface adopts surfacing cobalt based cemented carbide, which has the advantages of wear resistance, high strength, large overflow area and small flow resistance. It has two-way sealing function, which is not limited by the flow direction of medium and affected by the spatial position.
